Seattle as a city is predominantly made of California transplants from the Bay Area more than anywhere else. These new constituents have brought large amounts of money, power, and influence and along with that they brought a desire to finish the work the voters in California have shot down on every occasion.
Some of those topics are child age of consent....for sex....yes they even have tried to decriminalize it numerous times without success.
Seattle's corrupt and mismanaged environment is full of chaos and distractions and void of any accountability. What better place to decriminalize or "informally" allow child sex relations.... quietly and off the record of course. Thats exactly what is going on in Seattle today.
